Hi Everyone,
I am REALLY naughty. I should be in bed. It’s 5:30am (now 6am) and my head hasn’t hit the pillow yet. I’ve been waiting for a video to upload on Youtube (with 430mins still to go I have given up waiting now – last time I upload in HD!) and decided in the meantime I would colour in Sammy with Ball from The Stamping Bazaar.
I feel a little privileged as I WON Sammy with Ball a couple of days ago and I am the first to have him!! woot!! lol refrained from being cheeky then.
So another excuse to practice my new-found fur skills. (pity about the grass skills – I think that’s next on the list of things to tackle!)
The background image is called ‘Rainbow Meadow‘ and is available in store for only $2.50. The image is coloured with copic sketch markers.
Sammy is coloured with: YR31, YR24, E13, E17, E19 & E29 then N Greys for some additional depth.
The paper is from October Afternoon – have I told you I am in LOVE! I love their papers. It’s pretty close now between BG, OA and Prima… hmmm
I made the flowers using the three smallest dies from Blossom Nestabilities set.
I’m game enough to share a close up with you this time.

Of course as usual, I had no plans before I began colouring and so I went out searchign for ideas to create the card. Fortunately I found some challenges! heehee
I would like to share this creation with the following challenges:
- Stamp Something – (again) Something Flowery – Gave me the idea to make my own flowers!
- Simon Says Stamp – Their going Dotty! – Helped me pick out my papers!
- Digital Tuesday – Dazzle Me – Stickles on the clouds and rainbow!
- Crafty Creations – Happy or Sweet – I think Sammy looks happy playing with his ball don’t you?
- Daring Card makers - Layer it up!
Thanks so much for stopping by today and checking out what I’ve been up to!
Stay tuned as tomorrow my video should finally be uploaded. I have created a video showing you how I add depth using grey copic markers.
Hugs and take care
