Shipping

All shipping is calculated by an Australian Post calculator which attempts to calculate the most accurate shipping price based on weight and size.

The calculator will calculate shipping for both Australian and International orders.

IMPORTANT: SHIPPING REFUNDS

Over the past few months I have come to learn that the shipping calculator tends to overestimate shipping costs to international destinations. I can not change this as the only way the calculator can estimate costs is using parcel estimations.

Often I can ship items as a large letter and the calculator is not designed for this.

For example: 3 packs of A4 Blending card may be quoted as $19.30 to the UK however I can actually send it at $13.10.

When this occurs I will REFUND the difference OR offer you a STORE CREDIT.

If the items are small - eg 'Charms' please contact me for shipping as I will be able to provide you with a more accurate shipping estimation.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Due to the limitation of the Australia Post calculator, I have added an additional shipping option for Australian deliveries.

If your order total is under $15, and additional postage option of $3.00* will be available. All items sent using this method, will be sent via regular post.

*Due to price increases at Australia Post. All large letters have increased in price.

EXPRESS FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Being an impulsive crafter I know what it's like to actually be wanting to use the item you are ordering NOW! Unfortunately I can't hand it to you through the screen but what I can offer is FREE Express Shipping on any order of $85 or more that can fit into a 500g Australia Post Express bag.

If the whole order does not fit, I will fit in as much as I can (without destroying the product) and I will send the remainder via regular post.

Large items such as a Cuttlebug machine will be sent via regular parcel post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

I will ship items internationally, however there are some items that I can not ship to some countries. Please check with your customs department whether you can accept items such as inks, paper materials etc before ordering. I will not be responsible for any customs fees or issues relating to seizing of goods during customs checkpoints. 

SAFE DELIVERY OF GOODS

Make it Crafty will take every precaution to ensure that the goods supplied are in perfect condition and securely packaged when despatched.

If your goods arrive damaged, it is important that you keep all packaging and take both the packaging & contents to your local post office for review & to make a claim.  We cannot make the claims from our end, but are happy to provide any receipts or information you require.

RETURNS POLICY

Digital products can not be returned. If you are having problems opening or using a digital product please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

Make it Crafty will take every precaution to ensure that the goods supplied are in perfect condition and securely packaged when despatched.  If the goods supplied, do not meet your expectations or are different to those ordered, please contact us by email (sales@makeitcrafty.com.au) within 5 days of receipt to organise an exchange, credit or refund.
