Shipping Rates

There are a number of options now avilalbe for shipping at the checkout.

Australia Post Letter OR International Air Letter

I have now included a weight based shipping option which can only calculate the order based on weight and not size. The weight based options are ONLY for thin products such as Rubber stamps, laser cut chipboard, charms, flowers, dies, embossing folders and so on. If you feel that the item you are ordering could fit in an envelope and this shipping option is available then please select this option. 

On a rare occasion this option may be less the cost of shipping for bulky or big items that are very light. When this happens you will be contacted before proceeding.

Australia Post Parcel OR International Air Parcel

All shipping is calculated by an Australian Post calculator which attempts to calculate the most accurate shipping price based on weight and size.

The calculator will calculate shipping for both Australian and International orders.

SHIPPING REFUNDS

If the shipping difference is a large amount I will refund the difference via PayPal. All refunds under $3 will be refunded to your Make it Crafty store account. If you have paid via direct deposit I will refund the whole amount to your Make it Crafty store account.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Important: International Shipping will now be despatched TWICE a week . Due to the paperwork and being required to show identification it is easier to do this twice a week rather than a few parcels everyday. I hope you can understand this situation.

I will ship items internationally, however there are some items that I can not ship to some countries. Please check with your customs department whether you can accept items such as inks, paper materials etc before ordering. I will not be responsible for any customs fees or issues relating to seizing of goods during customs checkpoints.

SAFE DELIVERY OF GOODS

Make it Crafty will take every precaution to ensure that the goods supplied are in perfect condition and securely packaged when despatched.

If your goods arrive damaged, it is important that you keep all packaging and take both the packaging & contents to your local post office for review & to make a claim.  We cannot make the claims from our end, but are happy to provide any receipts or information you require.

RETURNS POLICY

Digital products can not be returned. If you are having problems opening or using a digital product please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

Make it Crafty will take every precaution to ensure that the goods supplied are in perfect condition and securely packaged when despatched.  If the goods supplied, do not meet your expectations or are different to those ordered, please contact us by email (sales@makeitcrafty.com.au) within 5 days of receipt to organise an exchange, credit or refund.
